My approach to coaching

I deeply believe every person is naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Everything we need is already within us. My task as a coach is to act as a discovery and change agent who helps you find and unleash your true self. I guide people in achieving more clarity about their goals, their patterns, their relationships, building action plans towards reaching their dreams and keeping them accountable throughout their change and growth process. I work within the framework of one-to-one coachings as well as experiential workshops for companies!

Because of the strong connection between body and mind I truly believe in an experiential-based learning. This is why my custom-tailored programs and workshops are built in a "learning by doing" method: learning with fun, adventure, depth, mindfulness and passion while experiencing the concepts with the mind, the subconscious and the body at the same time. This method allows my clients to achieve deep awareness, to develop new skills and to choose a powerful mindset in order to achieve the sustainable change they are looking for.

I work according to the principles of the Co-Active Coaching model developed by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Their training programme is widely recognised as the most rigorous coach training and certification programme in the industry. CTI is the oldest and largest in-person coach training organisation in the world and has trained over 35,000 coaches as well as employees in more than half of the Fortune 100 companies. Co-Active Coaching is the most powerful change-creating method I know. Additionally, I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and therefore adhere to the elements and principles of their Ethical Guidelines
